These Terms govern the provision and use of the services offered by MMplatinum e.K.: the Trading Journal, TradingView indicators, NinjaTrader strategies and the Light 2.0 and Premium 2.0 investment portal subscriptions. The relevant product description and the scope agreed at purchase also apply.
Purchases through Lemon Squeezy are additionally subject to the buyer terms of the seller identified at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Publishing this version does not by itself change existing contracts; in particular, legacy investment newsletter subscriptions are not automatically converted into 2.0 subscriptions.

After a confirmed purchase, access is assigned to the account using the purchase email address. New users receive an access email with sign-in information; please change any supplied initial password in your profile after first signing in. Existing accounts retain their personal password.
Access is personal and must not be shared or resold. If activation or the access email is missing, contact info@mmplatinum.de with your order number.
Following a failed renewal payment, previously paid access may remain available for a grace period of up to 14 days. Without successful payment, the affected subscription access then ends. This grace period is not a free contract extension or a waiver of outstanding amounts.
Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy as reseller and merchant of record. Your seller for the purchase and payment is the Lemon Squeezy entity identified at checkout and on your order confirmation. MMplatinum provides the purchased content and functionality.
A purchase button on our website opens checkout; clicking it alone does not place a paid order. Before submitting your binding order, you can review the product, term, price and your details at checkout.

Order completion and confirmation follow the Lemon Squeezy checkout process. Your order confirmation is sent by email. Portal activation and the access email are then processed based on the confirmed order.
All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. They are responsible for collecting payment, handling taxes (such as VAT/sales tax), and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
One-time payment ("lifetime access") with no recurring subscription fee.
TradingView indicators are offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions. The selected subscription renews automatically until it is canceled through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself create a right to a refund for the current billing period.
NinjaTrader strategies are offered either as automatically renewing monthly subscriptions or as one-time lifetime purchases. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
Prices displayed may include or exclude taxes depending on your location. The final price including applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
You select monthly or annual billing. The total price, currency and billing period displayed at checkout apply. Annual billing charges the annual amount in advance; a displayed monthly equivalent is a calculation aid, not a monthly instalment.
Billing recurs until cancellation. You can stop further renewal through Lemon Squeezy subscription management, which displays the confirmed contract end and next payment date. Mandatory statutory cancellation rights, including after renewal, and termination rights for cause remain unaffected.
Ordinary cancellation generally ends access at the confirmed end of the paid period. Withdrawal or reversal of a purchase is different. Cancelling one product does not terminate other independently held product access.

Sign in to Lemon Squeezy using your purchase email address and the link sent to that address. Contact info@mmplatinum.de if you need help; statutory declarations are not restricted to using a customer account.
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Its commencement, conditions, exercise and consequences depend on applicable consumer law and the withdrawal notice provided for the specific contract. Statutory rights relating to defects, cancellation and refunds remain unaffected.
Immediate activation of an ongoing portal subscription does not, by itself, waive the right of withdrawal. Services and digital content supplied without a physical medium have different conditions for early expiry of that right. Consent to starting performance early does not replace those conditions.
For services already supplied, proportionate compensation is due only where the statutory conditions are met, including an express request for early performance and proper information about withdrawal.
Send a clear withdrawal statement to Lemon Squeezy, the seller identified in your order confirmation, using the contact channels given there. Your order number and purchase email address help identify the order. Information and support are available at https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/help
We also assist with withdrawal requests at info@mmplatinum.de or through the withdrawal topic in our contact form. You do not need to give a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal. Merely cancelling automatic renewal is not an explicit withdrawal statement.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Reversal of a purchase may end the product access derived from that purchase. Other purchased or independently granted access remains unaffected.

The voluntary MMplatinum 14-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to the Trading Journal, not to Light 2.0, Premium 2.0, TradingView indicators or NinjaTrader strategies. Statutory rights apply independently of this guarantee.
Indicator access is granted personally to the TradingView username supplied during checkout. Access may not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to third parties.
Activation usually begins after successful payment and verification of the supplied TradingView username. Access remains available only while the corresponding subscription is active and may be removed after expiry, cancellation with effect at the end of the billing period, refund or payment failure.
The indicators are technical analysis and visualization tools. They do not execute orders, do not provide personal investment advice and do not guarantee signals, profits or any particular trading result. Users remain solely responsible for their trading decisions and risk management.
Use of the indicators additionally requires compliance with TradingView's applicable terms and technical requirements. We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions or platform changes caused by TradingView.
NinjaTrader strategy access is activated personally for the NinjaTrader account email supplied during checkout. The add-on and license may not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to third parties.
Monthly access may be disabled after expiry, cancellation with effect at the end of the billing period, refund or payment failure. Lifetime access does not include brokerage, market data or third-party platform fees.
NinjaTrader strategies can place and manage orders automatically when enabled. Users remain solely responsible for their account connection, instrument and contract selection, strategy parameters, risk settings, monitoring and the decision to enable live execution. Simulation and backtesting should be used before any live deployment.
The investment portfolios and signals are general, rule-based information, not investment advice tailored to your personal circumstances. We do not assess your investment objectives, financial situation, knowledge or capacity for loss and do not provide portfolio management.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
These risk notices do not exclude our legal responsibility for the agreed service. In particular, liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory rights relating to defects and product liability remain unaffected. For minor negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
The Premium crisis filter assesses long-term market trends using DAX and S&P 500. Its signals can be delayed or incorrect. A green phase does not rule out losses or a market crash; a red phase does not predict a particular price movement.
The reference portfolio continues to follow its fixed rules during red phases. The crisis filter does not automatically change the reference portfolio or your brokerage account. You decide whether and how to adjust your investment exposure.
Reference performance is not a promise of results in your own account. Execution timing and prices, fees, taxes, currencies, liquidity, whole-share rounding and your own decisions can cause substantial differences. Historical and simulated results do not guarantee future results.
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You shall not misuse, resell, or redistribute our content without our explicit written permission.
Keep access credentials confidential, change any supplied initial password after first sign-in and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Liability for misuse is governed by applicable law.
All content, materials, and intellectual property within the Services are owned by MMplatinum e.K.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal purposes during the agreed period. Statutory rights of use and rights in your own content remain unaffected.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Note that Lemon Squeezy also processes your data as described in their own privacy policy.
We provide the agreed functionality during the agreed period of use. Maintenance, technical faults or data-provider issues may cause interruptions and delays. Uninterrupted availability at all times is not promised. Statutory remedies for defective performance and legally required updates remain unaffected.
These Terms apply to consumers.
German law applies to the contractual relationship with MMplatinum. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence. The purchase relationship with Lemon Squeezy is additionally governed by its terms incorporated at checkout, subject to mandatory consumer law.
The version validly agreed for an order applies. Merely publishing a new version does not change existing contracts. Changes to existing contractual terms require a lawful basis and the necessary information or consent.
