MMplatinum products have different functions: the Trading Journal records and analyses your trades, TradingView indicators visualise rule-based analysis, and NinjaTrader strategies can execute orders when enabled. Light 2.0 and Premium 2.0 provide rule-based reference portfolios, rankings and trading signals.

The investment portal does not execute orders in your brokerage account or provide portfolio management. You make and implement your own investment decisions.

2. No Financial Advice

The account-size calculator performs mathematical scaling only. It does not establish whether the portfolio is suitable for you or whether an investment allocation is appropriate. Review risks, costs and security availability with your broker before implementing any trades.

3. Liability for Software & Data Accuracy

Calculations and signals depend on input data, price timestamps and technical processing. Errors, delayed data, interruptions or subsequent corrections are possible. Check the displayed data date and your own imported data.

End-of-day signals are not real-time prices and do not promise that you can trade at a price used in the reference portfolio. These notices do not affect the agreed service or statutory remedies for defects.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

Statutory liability rules and validly agreed terms apply. These notices do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory rights relating to defects or product liability. For minor negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. 12. Light 2.0 and Premium 2.0: reference portfolio and crisis filter

The reference portfolio is a rule-based comparison calculation, not evidence that the same trades were executed with customer funds at the same prices. Historical strategy and backtest data and ongoing reference values must be distinguished from your actual brokerage results.

Differences can arise from execution time, price gaps, liquidity, spreads, fees, taxes, currency conversion, whole-share rounding and your own decisions. Costs are included only to the extent expressly explained in the relevant presentation. Displayed returns are not individual after-cost and after-tax returns.

Relative strength and fundamental preselection do not prevent poor decisions, price losses, company insolvency or concentration risk. Selecting a stock basket does not guarantee its future quality or performance.

The Premium crisis filter assesses long-term market trends using DAX and S&P 500. A green indicator does not mean protection against losses or a crash. A red indicator is a rule-based warning, not a reliable prediction. Delayed signals and missed recoveries are also possible.

The reference portfolio continues under its fixed rules during red phases. The filter does not automatically intervene in either the reference portfolio or your brokerage account. Changing investment exposure can produce results that differ from the displayed equity curve.
