Unless a specific storage period is mentioned in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain stored until the purpose for data processing no longer applies.

For questions about processing or exercising your rights, contact MMplatinum e.K., Michael Müller, Hepkestr. 153, 01277 Dresden, Germany, email: info@mmplatinum.de.
Some providers and subprocessors process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the USA. Such transfers are subject to Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, for example an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and, where necessary, additional safeguards.
You can request information about the recipients, contractual bases and safeguards applicable to your data at info@mmplatinum.de. Provider privacy notices offer further information. Choosing an EU server region alone does not mean that no processing in third countries takes place.
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke consent at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out before revocation remains unaffected.
IF DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AT ANY TIME FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR AFFECTED PERSONAL DATA UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS, AND FREEDOMS OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES TO ASSERT, EXERCISE, OR DEFEND LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21(1) GDPR). IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSES, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING IN CONNECTION WITH DIRECT MARKETING. In the event of GDPR violations, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of their habitual residence, workplace, or the place of the alleged infringement. This right exists without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
We use storage and device access necessary for sign-in sessions, security and remembering consent choices. Strictly necessary device access falls under section 25(2) TDDDG; subsequent personal-data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR according to its purpose.
Non-essential analytics and advertising require the corresponding consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for device access, section 25(1) TDDDG. Manage your choices through cookie settings. Withdrawal of consent applies prospectively and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Cookieconfirm is integrated to manage consent. It processes your consent choice and technical information to record and implement it. Recording required consent is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR; technical implementation additionally relies on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Website and portal requests may generate logs containing IP address, browser type/version, operating system, requested URL, referrer and time. Logs support delivery, security, abuse detection and troubleshooting.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only as necessary for their operational or security purpose; specific incidents may require longer retention for investigation or legal claims.
When you contact us, we process your contact details, selected topic, message and any order information to handle your request. The website form is routed through our backend and Make to our email service.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for handling enquiries. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
We use Google Tag Manager to integrate measurement and advertising features and Google Analytics and Google Ads to assess website use and advertising effectiveness. For EEA users, the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; affiliated companies in third countries may also process data.
Depending on consent, processing may include page views, device/browser data, IP addresses, identifiers, campaign information and checkout/purchase events. Confirmed orders can be matched server-side to an ad interaction, transmitting order identifier, purchase time, value, currency and advertising click identifiers. Where implemented and consented to, hashed contact identifiers may also be transmitted for matching; hashing is not anonymisation.
Consent-dependent analytics and advertising rely on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and corresponding device access on section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent Mode communicates consent status to Google; depending on configuration, technical requests may occur without cookies. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Meta events are integrated into our marketing workflow to measure advertising effectiveness. Depending on consent, event, device, cookie and purchase identifiers may be processed to associate visits and purchases. The EEA provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Consent-dependent processing relies on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 25(1) TDDDG. Information about processing, possible international transfers and settings: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
We use Brevo for contact management and newsletters. For Light 2.0 or Premium 2.0 purchases, Make transfers the email address and corresponding product association to Brevo. The light_2_0 and premium_2_0 attributes identify the purchase; they are not, by themselves, proof of marketing consent.
Contact and product records support organised customer service under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to associate enquiries with the correct product and organise communications accurately. Where processing is necessary for contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. Access passwords and full payment details are not transferred as Brevo contact attributes.
Further information about the service and its recipients: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/
Marketing newsletters are sent based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We store the email address and necessary records of subscription or consent. Purchasing a product or being added to customer records does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
You can withdraw consent for the future using the unsubscribe link or by contacting info@mmplatinum.de. Necessary contractual and access messages are separate. Welcome emails for the new investment subscriptions are sent through the Make Email module and our SMTP service, not a Brevo welcome campaign.
Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established.
For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address.
We collect, process, and use personal customer and contract data to establish, structure, and modify our contractual relationships. We only collect, process, and use personal data regarding the use of this website (usage data) if it is necessary to enable the user to utilize the service or for billing purposes. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The seller for your purchase is identified at checkout and in the order confirmation. Lemon Squeezy processes order, contact, billing and payment data under its own responsibility.
For activation and management, we receive order and subscription identifiers, email address, name where supplied, product and variant, language and payment, term, cancellation and refund status. Full card details are not transmitted to the investment portal.
Processing for contract performance is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and statutory retention on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Further information: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy
We use FirstPromoter for our referral programme. Affiliate identifier, order source, order value and necessary matching data may be processed to calculate commissions.
Consent-dependent cookie and advertising attribution relies on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. Necessary commission settlement with contractual partners relies on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Further information: https://firstpromoter.com/privacy

You have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its collection at no charge. You also have the right to request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted.
For portal access, we process your purchase email address, user identifier, authentication data, language and purchased products and permissions. An existing account with the same email address may be reused. A purchase grants access only to that product; cancellation does not automatically delete the account or other product access.
Payment and subscription events are evaluated automatically to activate, extend or end access when entitlement expires. This performs the purchased contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. It does not make investment decisions for you. If assignment or suspension is incorrect, you can request personal review at info@mmplatinum.de.
Make connects confirmed purchase events with portal activation, access emails and Brevo contact records. It processes email addresses, product and order identifiers, language, processing status and necessary message content. Make is part of the Celonis group.
Execution data is retained to investigate errors and resume failed workflows. For new accounts, this may include the access email content and initial password. A personal password later set in the portal is not read for the purchase automation or Brevo.
The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for activation and contractual messages and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for reliable processing, troubleshooting and avoiding duplicate execution. Further information: https://www.make.com/en/privacy-notice
The access email is sent through our IONOS SMTP service. This processes recipient address, subject, message content and delivery data. For new accounts, the email contains initial credentials; an existing personal password is not replaced. The language follows the language information supplied during purchase.
Necessary sign-in and password-recovery emails are also processed to provide account access. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for abuse prevention, additionally Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further information: https://www.ionos.de/terms-gtc/datenschutzerklaerung/
Account and access data is needed for ongoing use and management of existing entitlements. Order and subscription data is also retained where required by legal obligations, reversals or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Technical execution and error logs must be limited to the period necessary for operation, troubleshooting and traceability. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete all personal data. Send deletion and access requests to info@mmplatinum.de; data processed by Lemon Squeezy as a separate controller is also subject to its deletion process.
For automated processing based on consent or contract, you also have a right to data portability where the conditions of Art. 20 GDPR apply.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, we're here to help.
