These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by MMplatinum e.K. (“MMplatinum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including access to the Telegram channel that provides trading signals (the “Signals Channel”) and the web-based Trading Journal (the “Trading Journal”) (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services


  1. Signals Channel:
  2. Monthly subscription service providing trading signals via a private Telegram channel.
  3. The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.
  4. Trading Journal:
  5. A web-based application providing users with features to document and analyze their trading activities.
  6. Lifetime access is provided upon purchase (“one-time payment”), though we reserve the right to change pricing or features for new customers in the future. Existing customers will not be affected by any such price changes.
  7. Services are generally provided immediately upon successful payment and confirmation of your order.


3. Contract Formation


  1. Order Process: By clicking the button to purchase any of our Services, you submit a binding offer to enter into a contract with us under these Terms.
  2. Confirmation: The contract becomes effective when we (a) send you a confirmation email, or (b) provide access to the Services, whichever occurs first.


4. Payment and Pricing


  1. Payment Methods: We offer various payment methods, such as credit cards and other local or online payment solutions. You will be able to select from the available options during checkout.
  2. Signals Channel:
  3. The subscription fee is charged monthly.
  4. The subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled.
  5. Trading Journal:
  6. One-time payment (“lifetime access”) with no recurring subscription fee.

  8. Taxes: All prices are shown inclusive/exclusive of taxes where required by law. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed to you prior to purchase.

5. Term, Renewal, and Cancellation


  1. Minimum Term: The Signals Channel has a one-month minimum term.
  2. Renewal: For the Signals Channel, subscriptions automatically renew monthly.
  3. Cancellation:
  4. You may cancel your Signals Channel subscription at any time, but at least 1 (one) day before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
  5. You may submit your cancellation request by emailing info@mmplatinum.de or using the online Telegram bot (if available).
  6. Effect of Cancellation:
  7. After timely cancellation, your access to the Signals Channel ends upon the expiration of the current billing cycle.
  8. There is no recurring billing for the Trading Journal, so no cancellation is required for that service once purchased.


6. Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy


  1. Trading Journal (14-Day Withdrawal):
  2. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Trading Journal within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving any reason.
  3. If you withdraw within this period, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid for the Trading Journal.
  4. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at info@mmplatinum.de within the 14-day period.
  5. Signals Channel:
  6. No Right of Withdrawal: Once access to the Signals Channel is provided, you do not have a statutory right of withdrawal under these Terms.
  7. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for the Signals Channel subscription fees once you have gained access to the channel.
  8. If you are unsure of your rights, we recommend consulting with a legal professional in your jurisdiction.


7. Risk Notice and Liability Disclaimer


  1. Not Financial or Investment Advice: The Signals Channel provides trading signals for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
  2. No Guarantees of Results: Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

8. User Obligations and Conduct


  1. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  2. Prohibited Actions: You shall not misuse, resell, or redistribute our content without our explicit written permission.
  3. Access Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials and for any activity under your account.


9. Intellectual Property

  1. B2C Only: These Terms apply to consumers (B2C).
  2. Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflicts of law provisions.
  3. International Customers: If you access or use the Services from outside Germany, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction. We provide the Services under German law only.
