Trading Journal

• A web-based application providing users with features to document and analyze their trading activities.
• Lifetime access is provided upon purchase ("one-time payment"), though we reserve the right to change pricing or features for new customers in the future. Existing customers will not be affected by any such price changes.
• Services are generally provided immediately upon successful payment and confirmation of your order.

TradingView Indicators

• Invite-only TradingView scripts that provide rule-based chart visualizations, backtesting and risk-calculation features, depending on the indicator purchased.
• Access is personal, linked to the TradingView username supplied during checkout and provided for the duration of an active monthly or yearly subscription.
• A separate TradingView account is required. TradingView is an independent third-party platform and is not operated by MMplatinum.

Reseller / Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy is the "Merchant of Record" for all our orders. This means that when you purchase our Services, you enter into a purchase agreement directly with Lemon Squeezy.

Order Process

By clicking the button to purchase any of our Services, you submit a binding offer to enter into a contract with Lemon Squeezy under their Buyer Terms.

Confirmation

The contract becomes effective when you receive a confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy or when access to the Services is provided.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. They are responsible for collecting payment, handling taxes (such as VAT/sales tax), and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

One-time payment ("lifetime access") with no recurring subscription fee.

TradingView Indicator Pricing

TradingView indicators are offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions. The selected subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself create a right to a refund for the current billing period.

Taxes

Prices displayed may include or exclude taxes depending on your location. The final price including applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.

TradingView Indicators

Refunds, withdrawal rights and any loss of the right of withdrawal following the immediate provision of digital content are governed by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms and mandatory applicable consumer law. Lemon Squeezy may process refunds in accordance with its own policies and legal obligations.

Personal Access

Indicator access is granted personally to the TradingView username supplied during checkout. Access may not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to third parties.

Activation and Subscription Term

Activation usually begins after successful payment and verification of the supplied TradingView username. Access remains available only while the corresponding subscription is active and may be removed after expiry, cancellation with effect at the end of the billing period, refund or payment failure.

Technical Tool, Not a Trading Service

The indicators are technical analysis and visualization tools. They do not execute orders, do not provide personal investment advice and do not guarantee signals, profits or any particular trading result. Users remain solely responsible for their trading decisions and risk management.

Third-Party Platform

Use of the indicators additionally requires compliance with TradingView's applicable terms and technical requirements. We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions or platform changes caused by TradingView.
